- Develop original creative concepts for:
- Social campaigns
- Brand films
- TV commercials
- Integrated brand campaigns
- Create campaign narratives that go beyond product features
- Ensure concepts are scalable across platforms and formats
- Push creative boundaries while respecting brand strategy
3. Campaign Execution (End-to-End):
- Lead ideas from ideation to final delivery
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers
- Direct on-set execution for shoots and productions
- Work closely with editors and post-production teams
- Ensure creative vision is preserved through final outputs
4. Brand Development:
- Maintain and evolve Burnt’s visual language
- Ensure consistency across campaigns, collections, and channels

- Contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines
Required Skills & Experience
Creative Skills:

- Proven art direction for photo and video
- Excellent visual storytelling ability
- Strong understanding of fashion / lifestyle branding
- Ability to translate strategy into creative ideas
